if you want Use LCM, you should download LCM Lora from this page: https://civitai.com/models/195519/lcm-lora-weights-stable-diffusion-acceleration-module

and you should put in folder like this (lora folder) , then check Lora’s name and put in your LCM Lora’s name in LCMLora Name option in project settings.

After setting, if you want use LCM, you can just check that blueprint option in image generation options.
